  • Beginner Course

    This course is open to complete beginners in the beauty industry and existing therapists who want to refresh their Warm Wax and Hot Wax skills. This course includes the following areas: Legs, Feet, Toes, High Bikini, Underarm, Lip, Chin, Sideburns and Nostrils.

  • Duration

    This is a full-day course held in London from 9.45am - 4.45pm with various weekend and weekday dates available. You will also have access to 5+ hours of online content prior to your practical training day.

  • Kits

    You are not required to purchase a kit before your training day. We provide all products and materials for you to use on the day of your course. A kit is not included in the course price but if you wish to purchase a kit before or after your course day, recommendations are suggested in the online course material.

  • Certificate

    This course is fully accredited by ABT and IPHM. You will be able to obtain insurance after your training day and charge clients for this treatment. More information about the various insurance policies is detailed in the online course material.

  • Cost

    The full cost of the Combined Warm Wax & Hot Wax course is £229. There are no other fees to pay and you are not required to purchase a kit before your training day. We will cover a range of brands on your training day where you can purchase your products from after you have completed your practical training.

  • Course Content

    All courses include online learning and a practical training day in London, W1 with your tutor at our dedicated training school. We only accept a maximum of 6 students per class. A variety of weekday and weekend dates are available.

  • Will I be able to get insured and charge for the Waxing treatments after my practical training day?

    Yes. To successfully pass this course, you are required to complete the online study and practical training day. At the end of your practical training day, your tutor will issue you with feedback regarding the assessment of your practical work. If passed, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate of completion. If for any reason you do not pass on the day of your practical training, you will be asked to attend another practical training day. This will be free of charge.

  • How long will it take to complete the online part of the Waxing course?

    The online study consists of 4 hours of course content which you will need to complete before your practical training day. You will have 12 months access to the course material after your practical training day.

  • Are there any case studies needed for the Waxing course?

    No. You do not need to produce case studies to pass this course. You are required to complete the online study and practical training day. At the end of your practical training day, your tutor will issue you with feedback regarding the assessment of your practical work. If passed, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate of completion. If for any reason you do not pass on the day of your practical training, you will be asked to attend another practical training day. This will be free of charge.

  • Do I need to bring any products or equipment with me for the practical training day?

    No. Everything is provided for you on your practical training day so there is no need to bring anything with you.

  • What should I wear for the practical training day?

    You should wear comfortable clothing. There is a no shoe policy so please bring comfortable slippers or socks.

  • Can I bring a model to work on?

    No. As the course is likely to be fully booked, it is not possible to bring a model. Learners will practice on each other on the day of their practical training day.

  • Do I need any experience to enrol on the Waxing course?

    No. You do not need any prior experience to enrol on the Waxing course. This course is open to complete beginners and experienced therapists.

  • If I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

    This course is not refundable or transferable due to the instant access to your course material via your online training portal. If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of booking, providing you have not accessed the online content, please email us at [email protected]
