  • Will I be able to get insured and charge for the course I enrolled in after my practical training day?

    Yes. To successfully pass any of our Accredited Diploma Courses, you are required to complete the online study and practical training day. At the end of your practical training day, your tutor will issue you with feedback regarding the assessment of your practical work. If passed, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate of completion. If for any reason you do not pass on the day of your practical training, you will be asked to attend another practical training day. This will be free of charge.

  • Where is the training academy located?

    Our Oh So Lovely London training venue is based in Central London (W1), just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street and Goodge Street stations. It’s a cosy and welcoming space designed to make every student feel relaxed, inspired and ready to learn.

  • Are there any case studies needed?

    No. You do not need to produce any case studies. You are required to complete the online study and practical training day. At the end of your practical training day, your tutor will issue you with feedback regarding the assessment of your practical work. If passed, you will be awarded with an accredited certificate of completion. If for any reason you do not pass on the day of your practical training, you will be asked to attend another practical training day. This will be free of charge.

  • Do I need to bring any products or equipment with me for the practical training day?

    No, everything you’ll need is provided at our for you. You don’t need to bring any products or tools with you; just come ready to learn and enjoy your hands-on experience.

  • What should I wear for the practical training day?

    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for practical beauty work. There’s no strict dress code, but a no-shoe policy, so slippers are ideal.

  • Can I bring a model to work on?

    No, models are not required or permitted during training, as learners will practice on one another under tutor supervision. This ensures every student gains full confidence in both performing and receiving the treatment safely.

  • Do the courses include a kit?

    A full kit is not included in your course fee, but you’ll have the option to purchase a kit on your training day at a discounted rate. We work with trusted professional brands such as Lash Glo and other high-quality suppliers. During your training, your tutor will go over all recommended products and tools.

  • Can I get insured after my course?

    Yes! Accredited certificates are issued on the day of your training course, you can apply for professional beauty insurance through ABT, IPHM, or other UK insurance providers. This allows you to legally and safely offer treatments to paying clients right away.
